Servers in Germany
Your account, decisions, chats and profile are stored on our server in Germany.
AI processing in the EU
The language model runs via Melious in the EU, without using your requests for training.
The AI only sees what it needs.
Email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses and IDs stay with us. The model only gets placeholders in their place.
No ads, no tracking
No selling of data, no ad SDKs. You can export everything and delete your account completely.
Your profile: only what you confirm
instin suggests what it learned about you. Your personal profile keeps it only after you say yes, and you can edit or delete it any time. In projects, instin learns directly from project chats and live conversations; you can view and edit these entries in that project’s profile.
We use Parallel to research current facts. Parallel receives general search queries; when researching an area, it receives the topic you entered, masked. Your profile, account and conversation stay private. All details in the privacy policy.

How does instin know what suits me?
From what you tell it and confirm. Relevant details from earlier decisions are taken into account, and you can always see which ones.
How do I sign in?
With Apple or Google. You do not need a separate password.
